We had a great time this past weekend 20th to 22nd of Jan. We went down to Nashville, where we shot a commercial for the upcoming event called A.I.C.E.
We also shot two "Celtic Font" clips for youtube and a few clips for our new band "Flagstone".
It was all great fun and I met some very interesting people. Lance, who shot the video for us, is a professional film maker and works with all the Nashville stars. He was very good and put up with a lot from us Irish crowd who, of course, laughed the whole way through.
We met David whom we are talking to about being our manager. We met the lad who has set up a hurling team down there, and of course the head man in O'More's College down there. He is very good, letting the team use the college and its grounds.
We as a band are working on getting gigs down there, and we are also working on expanding the A.I.C.E project to other parts of America. "Celtic Font", myself and Mick McEvilley, will be doing a concert down there during that weekend, and we are really looking forward to that.
Eilis Crean is a great fiddle player, and a very hard worker with regards to promoting all things Irish in their true form.
It is great to work with such people who respect the true Ireland and the talent that comes from the true people.
